Thursday Friends
The over 50’s group is a friendly social meeting that gathers fortnightly on a Thursday afternoon to discuss anything under the sun, put the world to rights, have a laugh and a joke over a cup of tea or coffee. Generally have a happy 90 mins.
We might play a board game with very loose rules, and a great deal of banter, or have a light hearted chat about a local event, or a bit of reminiscing, sometimes a quiz.

July 9 & 23
August 6 & 20
Sept 3 & 17
Oct 1 & 15
From 2.00 - 3.30pm ‘ish
just £2 subs per person per visit.
You don’t need to be connected with the church. To enjoy the opportunity to get out and have a chat, just turn up.
*Carers and visitors may wish to advocate this opportunity, to those who could benefit by getting out and meeting people socially during the day, to reduce isolation.
Another way to get out is to come to the Friday Friendship at 10.30am-12.00 .

FRIDAY FRIENDSHIP
This recognises a need to relax over a free coffee and socialise before the demands of the coming weekend.
It is open to all with no obligations other than a smile and the ability to have a chat.
Generally held on every Friday morning.
